A Busy September

This was another busy month for us.  We installed eleven PV systems this month, twelve Tesla Powerwall 2 batteries and one Pure Drive battery.  Two of the PV systems were large ground mounted systems and another two of them (roof mounted) included bird guard to prevent birds nesting underneath the panels.  With two of the PV installations, we added Myenergi Eddi diverters.  Diverters take excess electricity from the solar PV system and use it to heat up water in the water cylinder.  This means less energy from other means is needed to bring the water to a usable temperature.  In the months of summer and late spring, many customers can satisfy all of their hot water needs using the diverter and PV system alone.

During this month, customers chose inverters from SolarEdge and Solis.  The Pure Drive battery was connected to a Solis hybrid inverter.
