First class service for the installatiom and years thereafter

I had a 20 panel solar install done by Green Home in March 2011. Every aspect from my initial enquiry, the site visit, the physical installation, but particularly the after care has been exemplary. I have had almost no problems with the panels or the inverter to date. I have had a couple of occasions to contact them and again they have supported me admirably, promptly and without fuss, each time. I am currently navigating the torturous process of switching to a different FIT supplier - one of the numerous pieces of information required to do this is to provide proof of ownership of the installation (bear in mind installed in 2011), simply a receipted invoice will do. I lose paperwork after a few months, but I asked anyway, and despite the fact that Green Homes have changed their computer systems, they searched the old system and provided me with a copy of the original receipted invoice within minutes. Green Home deserve 5 stars plus.
