We have been busy as usual throughout this month. By the time that Santa is on his rounds we will have installed 5 new solar PV systems, 9 Tesla Powerwall 2 batteries with Backup Gateways, and two PureDrive batteries. Tesla batteries have the ability to work during some power cuts which means that their owners' electrical appliances can keep running when the National Grid is down. We will have installed bird guard on two PV systems to prevent pigeons and other birds nesting underneath. Nesting birds create a lot of mess for PV system owners and can cause damage to their systems as they move around under the panels.
Here is an example of a PV system that we installed this month. The customer chose Trina Vertex panels and a Solis inverter. The inverter is connected via WiFi to the Solis Cloud which allows the customer to monitor the PV production.
