Had system installed earlier this year and just had a tutorial from Luke who gave me much more useful information than I had expected. I can wholeheartedly recommend Green Home, the whole process from start to finish plus after sales has been excellent.

I had a 20 panel solar install done by Green Home in March 2011. Every aspect from my initial enquiry, the site visit, the physical installation, but particularly the after care has been exemplary.
I have had almost no problems with the panels or the inverter to date. I have had a couple of occasions to contact them and again they have supported me admirably, promptly and without fuss, each time.
I am currently navigating the torturous process of switching to a different FIT supplier - one of the numerous pieces of information required to do this is to provide proof of ownership of the installation (bear in mind installed in 2011), simply a receipted invoice will do. I lose paperwork after a few months, but I asked anyway, and despite the fact that Green Homes have changed their computer systems, they searched the old system and provided me with a copy of the original receipted invoice within minutes.
Green Home deserve 5 stars plus.

I have had solar panels and a battery put in after a bit of a wait due to supply problems, but I'm so pleased i did wait. After orderering I got 'Advice' from friends to get different panels, Luke said they could fit them if I wanted, but they would cost more and they are only used on houses with shade problems. then again when i asked if I could have panels both sides of the roof, he said i could, but it would have little benefit to me. Its not often a company would stop you buying more ! would highly recommend them.

I was dreading getting a quote for solar panels, we have had quotes for work before, 3 hours with someone trying to pressure you to commit, but this was totally different, I asked for a quote, they sent me one, it was reasonable and there was no pressure sale. At every stage we dealt with lovely, helpful people & the installation went smoothly & efficiently. We were thinking of installing PV panels for some time and contacted the supplier of the panels we liked as installed by EON. Luckily for us they recommended this firm, as did many others when we rang around, and I am so glad we did some research. These people know their stuff. We explained our energy usage pattern and they came up with the best solution to suit our circumstances. There was no pressure selling, their boys are employees not subcontractors and are a credit to them. They they take a pride in their work and it shows. Our home now has an improvement, not a badly fitted queened on eyesore. Yes there is a waiting list but it’s worth it to wait. Would recommend them to anyone. Kept us informed throughout.

These people were first on the list from the people who supply the panels. They were not wrong. Excellent service from knowledgeable people who know their stuff. No pressure selling, just good honest advice. They listened to our needs and sold us a first class system installed by excellent fitters. Any concerns and they replied immediately. Very pleased and would recommend before anybody else.

The service, installation and support after install have been literally perfect.
I couldn't have asked for nicer, more efficient people to deal with and the systems we have had installed are all working wonderfully.
I needed some support after installation and Luke has been a great help providing advice and assistance in a timely fashion and the aforementioned efficiency.

We are amazed at how much this system is saving us. Our consumption has literally plummeted to a fraction of what it was. Of course this’ll change for the darker 5 months but the benefit is remarkable.

Have been looking for a reliable company to come and service/inspect our solar thermal system since September 2020.
Three companies let us down badly with no follow-ups after quotations or just "no-shows" by the technician on the agreed date and by January we were getting a bit desperate. Until we chanced upon GreenHome.
A reasonable quotation was given after the initial visit but through no fault of their own (manufacturer unable to stock parts) could not actually carry out the work until about 8 weeks later.
But all through that time Sandra kept us in the loop and wisely advised us to keep our appointment open until the parts arrived.
Technician came on allocated day, on time, completed the job, cleaned cleaned up.
The subsequent invoice was as quoted 3 months previously and therefore I have given them top marks.
I would thoroughly recommend them and long may they continue operating.

Your company is the answer to my prayers.my order was delivered on time and not only did they unload my biomass pellets into my garage they also filled my hopper as well. You can choose between 10 kg or 15kg bags whichever is best for you. I am over 80 living alone and can’t. Believe my luck to have found such a helpful and caring company

I decided I'd like to have solar panels and a storage battery as my house is all electric, I wanted to reduce monthly bills and protect against price rises. I contacted 'Green home energy solutions' for advise. They recommended 18 LG solar panels on my roof and a Tesla battery. We agreed where all the electric boxes and cable trunking would be located on the outside of my house. A week or so later they sent me an estimated cost for the works. I accepted their quote and within 6 weeks I had a fully operational solar system with battery back up exactly as it was explained to me.
